Mrs. Lemagre

This woman is not considered to be a terribly pleasant person.
She has reddish brown hair, not too dissimilar from her daughter Jennifer Lemagre . She's a fae, related to the King and Queen, so this comes with a certain amount of arrogance and a sense of power that she does not actually possess.
Of everyone on the council, she and her husband are the most inclined to cause problems for the others out of spite. She's been known to wield her cultural rules as a knife, and it's deeply unpleasant.
