Tormund Volnarios
King Tormund Volnarios
Born in 1363, Tormund Volnarios was second in line for his father's throne behind his older brother Torvi, but before his younger brother Torvald. He ascended the throne of Illargos at the Age of 27 in 1390, after his father and both brothers fell in the battle for Rechtsmarch. His throne was hard won from his father's nobles who believed him too young and inexperienced at the time to take it, however when he brokered the truce with the dwarves of Clan Stronghammer, his Lords had no choice but to recognise his aptitude for rule and swear their fealty to him. He reigns to this day as a stern but just king.
