Rangers Academy
The Rangers Academy, located in the city of Windpeak, is the headquarters and training ground of The Windpeak Rangers. It was co-founded by Earl Bastion Pontarius and Viego Mortensson to train rangers to defend the city of Windpeak from monster attacks.

Alchemist
The Alchemist provides a potion making service for the rangers. You may request a potion of appropriate level to be created by the alchemist in exchange for GP and after a number of days the potion will be delivered for rangers use. The Alchemist can be upgraded in the following ways; Alchemy Expertise, Alchemy Lab Upgrades, Lab Assistants. Alchemy Expertise Rank 1: The Alchemist can create potions of uncommon or lower quality. (10,000 gp) Rank 2: The Alchemist can create potions of rare or lower quality. In addition the Alchemist will passively prepare potions of greater healing for the weekly stock. (15,000 gp) Rank 3: The Alchemist can create potions of very rare or lower quality. In addition the Alchemist will passively prepare potions of superior healing for the weekly stock. (20,000 gp) Alchemy Lab Rank 1: Upgrading the Alchemy Lab reduces potion crafting time by 10% (minimum of 1 day) (5000 gp) Rank 2: Upgrading the Alchemy Lab reduces potion crafting time by 15% (minimum of 1 day) (8000 gp) Rank 3: Upgrading the Alchemy Lab reduces potion crafting time by 20% (minimum of 1 day) (12,000 gp) Lab Assistants Rank 1: Hiring a Lab Assistant increases the potion requisition capacity to 2. The Battlebeast master trains beasts which can be hired to aid rangers on their missions. The beasts can follow basic orders but are intended to be turned upon enemies and left to do their own thing. The Battlebeast master can be upgraded in the following ways: Exotic Trainer, Kennel Upgrade, Advanced Training. Hire Costs: Battlebeast CR 1/4 (100gp) | Battlebeast CR 1/2 (250gp) | Battlebeast CR 1 (500gp) Exotic Trainer Rank 1: The Battlebeast Master is able to train beasts with this upgrade. The Poison Specialist provides a poison making service and can also sell recipes for those who have proficiency with the poisoners kit. Recipes can be bought for 5x the component cost of the poison. If a ranger wishes to buy the components for a poison and then attempt to craft it themselves component costs are halved, they must then roll a crafting DC check using their INT modifier + poisoners kit proficiency to see whether the crafting was successful. Crafting a poison takes 50gp per day until you reach the component cost, if you already have the components it will still take the same amount of time to craft but it will not cost any gp, you will still be required to make a crafting DC check. The Poison Specialist can be upgraded in the following ways: Specialist Expertise, Toxin Lab, Lab Assistants. Specialist Expertise Rank 1: The Poison Specialist can brew or sell the recipes of basic poison, stormclaw scorpion venom, ground thassil shroom, and assassins blood (8,000 gp) Rank 2: The Poison Specialist can brew or sell the recipes of burnt othur fumes, carrion crawler brain juice, deathjump spider venom, pale tincture, and wyvern poison (12,500 gp) Rank 3: The Poison Specialist can brew or sell the recipes of dragons breath and purple worm poison (17,500 gp) Toxin Lab Rank 1: Upgrading the Toxin Lab reduces poison crafting time by 10% (minimum of 1 day). The Shrinewarden provides a blessing service for squads of rangers to aid with missions. Rangers can choose one blessing to be affected by per mission and the blessing affects player characters only. The Shrinewarden can be upgraded in the following ways: Prayer Tomes, Potent Blessings.
