The Common Man's Guide to Incredible Books.

You find a simple-looking, leather-bound book laying on a table.
You pick it up and open it, and as you do so, a vague warm sensation goes down along your spine. It is gone before you have time to really acknowledge it.
The leather of the book is worn and faded, and the title has been burned into its surface in an intricate pattern. The author is simply named "Your Acquaintance" in barely visible letters.
The pages within appear to be written in a flowing script that at first glance seems indecipherable until something clicks in your mind. Suddenly, you are able to fully understand the words and their meaning.

General

"This is indeed a interesting book, dear Bosakere. Its author is unknown but whoever it was had an incredible knowledge about all sorts of books, some of which can only be found here in the Great Archive. Some have proposed that it is Archivist Himself who is the author but He denies it wholeheartedly.

Personal Content

"Another quite interesting tidbit about this book, is that it will showcase different books depending on who is reading it, at least to my knowledge. Which would suggest it is a Divine Artifact of a sort; possibly by a member of the Divine Scholar Assembly.

Different books different knowledge

"Nonetheless, it will give detailed info about the book in question, though that too differs from book to book. Some have their history mentioned, along with some of its subjects and sources, while others only have a few short sentences about them.

"In fact, Visitor. I recommend you keep this book. Many of your kind have their own copies that help them. It can hopefully help you to unravel additional information about a book that you either find on your own or is being given by a Librarian or the Archivist Himself. You can also use it to find other books that might be of interest to you.
