Sanctum of Ani
While the Force of Ani exists intertwined within the Fabric of Reality across all of Alézun'Teran, it is the most concentrated within the Anishan Realm known as the Sanctum of Ani. Coalescing into liquid form that manifests as iridescent waters that gives the Sanctum of Ani a look of a shallow lake.
Geography
The Sanctum of Ani will at first glance appear to consist of nothing but a snow-white void that shimmers with a silver-white glow that is only noticeable at the corner of one's perception of sight, be it physical or metaphysical. It has no apparent end and is believed to be affected by the Oroborus Effect.
The Sanctum of Ani contains breathable air that is at a consistent gentle breeze that smells faintly of mint and is cool to the touch, something that only marginally increases as one nears the Temple of Ani at its center.
One may notice mirages in the far distance as well. These will either depict great metropolitan cities or on rarer occasions the outline of corpses floating in the water. The metropolitan cities are believed to possibly be connected to Varldstan Niarem, while the corpses are either said to foretell misfortune or that they represent the former living.
Whoever walks through the iridescent waters will notice soon afterward that their wet clothing is covered in crimson blood that, eventually, dries into minuscule flakes that are not too dissimilar to rubies.
Location of the Sanctum
It is not exactly known to outsiders where the Sanctum of Ani is located. A common rumor, however, is that it is located deep underneath the decrepit overgrown streets of Varldstan Niarem. When outright asked, no Anishans appears capable of remembering enough about it to give a proper answer, only muttering that it is safeguarded and beyond reach.
The ordeal of thinking about it all will also cause them faint physical pain, mainly headaches, and sore throat. So if one keeps pestering them about it, they may very likely lash out.
Reaching the Sanctum of Ani
There exist three methods of reaching the Sanctum: By walking, using A.T.C:s or Frequential Teleportation. None of these possibilities are easy and each comes with its own dangers, both known and unknown.
Walking
Walking might seem odd, and while it certainly has its dangers, it is more than a possibility. The pathway to the Sanctum of Ani is known only to a handful few, and a majority of them are Anishans, such as Anni Zhan. It is said to have extensive security measures, a majority of which are lethal in nature. The most resilient rumor says that it exists somewhere in and underneath Varldstan Niarem and that it can only be opened from the inside, or from the outside with the credentials of the first Anishan.
Astralphysical Teleportation Artifacts.
It is merely rumor and speculation, but it is said that various Astral Teleportation Artifacts are capable of teleporting someone — anyone — to the encompassing whiteness of the Ani Sanctum or at the very least the physical pathway that leads towards it.
A majority of these are rumored to be mere A.T.A Wristbands, while an entire A.T.A Theater is said to exist somewhere in Alézun'Teran that leads directly to the heart of the Sanctum of Ani: The Temple of Ani.
Frequential Teleportation
Frequential Teleportation generally works with the same premises of the Astral Teleportation Artifacts. By altering one's personal VÄES to match the VÄES of the Sanctum of Ani.
This can only be performed by certain powerful entities in Vael'Eteria that also has the predisposed VÄES Coordinates, the latter of which are incredibly difficult to attain without possibly having access to an XP Tablet.
