General
Bescydh Aliure is a striking Celestia Anishan woman of a fairly young age who leaves quite the impression on those she meets. One that tells you that one should not stand in her way, nor hurt those she cares for or is looking after. She is the founder of the Ani-Bescydh League and co-founder of the Interplanar Bescydh Organization.

Personality
Ice Queen
Bescydh Aliure is usually described as being something of an Ice Queen in regards to personality. Often being too serious and having no apparent appreciation for a well-timed joke. Her no-nonsense attitude creates a rift between herself and her clients and will often not also impact her personal friendships despite her best efforts. She has difficulty opening up to strangers and while she can quickly learn to trust them on a reasonable basis, it takes longer for her to trust others in matters regarding the heart.
Dominant & Overprotective
"Before this goes any further, I need to ... make some things clear about me. And I will fully understand if you chooses to walk away afterward.
When someone does manage to receive her friendship and love, she will do her best to show a completely different side. While shy in some instances, she can have quite the dominant presence. She will also do her utmost to protect them from harm, and here is where her Likseh becomes a detriment than anything else; she will not only try to protect them from any and all physical harm but also emotional.
"Overprotective would be an understatement when it comes to Bescyde. Especially when it comes to those who have captured her heart. You should have seen the last person who managed that ... or on second thought, maybe you shouldn't. Not if you do not want nightmares.
Transparency of past mistakes
After a few incidents in her past that resulted in bloodshed, Bescyde has learned to be transparent about her quirk in the beginning of friendships and makes it clear that they need to tell her if she oversteps even a little bit.
"Do not get me wrong, she is a great girl. But sometimes her Likseh gives her tunnel vision, and thus it is imperative that you tell her off if she goes too far. Either that or you come to one of us and we take care of it together.
Appearance
Bescydh Aliure has a height of about 172 centimeters and her fair white skin is soft and immaculate, with only a faint few freckles on her arm and chest. Her shoulder-long hair is of a light-blue shade that in certain light conditions may have a slightly metallic shine to it. Her large eyes are of a similar light blue color that, at certain times, have a sapphire shine to them.

As Bescydh Aliure is connected to the Theme of Mestell-22C-WL, her Utrustica primarily manifests as apparel and equipment that can be found in the Mésvéstell 22 Century Western Lands.
Proferssional Apparel
Bescydh Aliure is usually dressed in an exquisite medium-sleeved white blouse that is buttoned up to the neck, with large silver sleeve buttons that provide a looser look at the elbow. Over that, she wears a discrete white capelet. She also wears a black uniform jacket loosely layered over her shoulders, that functions as something of a mantel. Beyond that, she wears black leggings underneath a black pencil skirt, and white short-heeled shoes.
Civilian Apparel

While rare, Bescydh Aliure may sometime wear more civilian apparel that showcases a more carefree side of her. She mainly wears a dark-blue t-shirt underneath a green-colored hooded pounch jumper that is at least two sizes too big, along with blue soft pants and simple shoes.
It took her quite some training with her Utrustica to be able to manifest such loose and cozy clothing but it was worth it all, something that she likes to remind people who comment on the apparel.

The Likseh of Bescydh Aliure is believed to be Protective Security Services, and thus she has an innate knowledge of self-defense artforms, tactical awareness procedures, improvised tactics execution and weapons handling.
She has a discouraging, yet discreet presence, along with a knack for seeing details and connections others may overlook. She also has an acute sense of awareness in regards to her surroundings, making it nigh-impossible to sneak up on her.
