Arkion Alth
General
Arkion Alth is a Well-Arrived Individual hailing from the infamous Ilkharion Well about 120 years prior to current events.
He owns a bookstore located on the offshore of the Ilkharions District, and he is a partial member of UwU.
Origin
Arkion claims he is from a world reminiscent of Mésvéstell, so it is a possibility that he is from an Alteration thereof. Ohara Umeko has mentioned that something about him feels distinctively familiar but unsure as to why.
Personality
Arkion is a well-mannered individual who could easily pass for being nobility. He has a certain authoritarian aura and a cold gaze that demands respect from those around him. Around strangers, he is either cold or disinterested, while around those he calls friends, he is joyful and charming. However, should you anger him you will regret ever taking a breath of air in your life. Especially if you dare steal from him.
Description
Appearance
Arkion has the appearance of a fragile old man in his seventies, but the strength and agility of a young man in his prime. More so, even.
He has braided, silver-white hair that goes down to his shoulders and a short beard of a darker shade that he keeps trimmed.
His skin is pale and slightly wrinkled, and a few scars a visible on his arms and neck. His eyes are of a cold, pale red shade that gives one the distinct feeling of agelessness; that he has seen things that would cause a lesser man to be driven to madness.
Apparel
Arkion is usually dressed in gentleman clothes eerily similar to that which Dark Hatters wear. A crimson-shaded west with silver buttons, over a white shirt made from silk. Over that he wears a black jacket with platinum buttons; in his left breast-pocket, a white rose can usually be found. He also wears dark pants and polished leather shoes.
Possesions
A pocketwatch
One of Arkion's most priced possesions is his old pocket watch, which he claims was given to him by his dear father so very long ago.
