Ushra
The Ushra are a diverse group of nomads who live under the protection of Briar of the Wilds. They do not respect the Sarka's (People of Civilization) borders, but stick to the Hapitirian Continent due to their lack of ships.
Structure
The Ushra hold a hierarchy starting with: Ushran, members of their following; Sefian, members of Sarkan who are undergoing the trials to become an Ushran, and Sarkan, a member of civilization. Inside those hierarchies though, there are no real organizational units, with Briar of the Woods making decisions for the collective.
Culture
The Ushra believe in living off of the land. Sefians often take a new name to commemorate their rebirth, typically either an ideal that they strive for or a wild being that embodies their new life.
Demography and Population
The Ushra comprise people from all walks of life. They maintain a population of a few hundred, although they have had reached a thousand on occasion.
Military
The Ushra do not hold an official military. However, Briar of the Wilds does watch over them, and due to his ability to hunt kings for sport before he became a god, very few are willing to try to go up against him.
Technological Level
Ushrans hold fairly low levels of technological power, but actually have fairly high sophistication over the arcane.
Foreign Relations
Officials of the Sarka tend to mistrust the Ushra due to their inability to respect their borders. However, regular Sarkan who tend to interact on a regular basis, such as hunters and survivalists gain a respect for Ushran and leave offerings out for them if they hear they are nearby.
Divine Origins
After Briar of the Wilds murdered several kings, he retired to the Greenleaf forest. Hunters and survivalists were drawn to him from the stories about him, and he quickly developed a following that grew. Eventually, he left the Greenleaf Forest to protect the other forests of the world, and what would become the Ushra quickly followed.
Tenets of Faith
The Sark is the destruction of the Wilds, an end to beauty and peace.
The only way to combat the Sark is through the Ush, the path of the wilds.
One day, the Sarkan will be overcome by their own greed, and they will destroy themselves

Priesthood
The Ushra have a small order known as the Ethe who are the only people who are able to communicate with Briar of the Wilds. These people keep their identities secret in order to keep Briar's exact location safe.
