Cirvai
A silver dragon that took up residence in the Arvandara Swamp to work as a medicine woman for a nearby mortal community.
Unfortunately, as the centuries wound on, the community dispersed and Cirvai fell to madness and corruption of the plants she herself tended.

Cirvai was known in the area as a human, granted unnaturally long life and the form of a silver dragon by the gods. This was an incorrect assumption, but it was held by the communities she served for years.
After the community dissolved and she became a husk of her former self, the tale of a guardian of a grove of curative plants spread across Mercuria.
Wealth & Financial state
Cirvai owned a garden, which included several greenhouses, a manor, a carriage house, and an underground grotto to house her more esoteric and rare plants and possessions.
