Daltari League

The Daltari League is an alliance of cultures which places itself in opposition to the UDSA, particularly its core tenet of cultures not controlling any deep space territory. While there have previously been armed conflicts between the UDSA and the Daltari League, there is currently a ceasefire agreement.
