Best Team Players Outta The Bunch

Earth fairies have a connection with insects. Stone and brick can crack or crumble in the wake of strong fear or anger. Minor earthquakes are also a common consequence of high emotions. They can also sense incoming natural earthquakes. They have a tendency to be physically stronger than most other fairies. They can sense when sinkholes are coming and they are aware when volcanos are going to errupt soon. They cannot have conversations with insects but they do have the most control over the animals that a fairy race have a connection with. This makes them excellent bee keepers. Some Earth Fairies have a way of sensing rare minerals, others (the fairy themself not the onlookers) just claim they are just "lucky" and anyone could have found it. No one has been able to explain exacty how the tracking works, but no Water Fairies  can exaplain how they know exactly where the nearest water source is either, and so no presses the issue expect scientfic minded Earth Fairies. 
When Earth Fairies work with Woodland Fairies crops usually turn out particularrly well for a harvest season, as though the soil itself is more fertilized and happy to help, and they keep a good balance between helpful and harmful insects, while the Woodland fairies work to keep out the critters trying to get into the crop and use their emotions to encourage growth. Juli  is populated with many Woodland fairy, Earth fairy, and witch heavy cities with some of the others of course, but these three groups working together (the witches controled the weather, the sunlight, the shade, etc) they helped provide crops for the entire country of Mayvis.
