Darrel: 16 years old, a Shifter, in the same school as Wendall, currently on summer break. He shifts into a gray wolf. He has no magic classes but instead takes classes tracking and hunting. Also doesn’t think about the future that much but knows he wants to move away from his family and doesn’t want to go into politics. Likes the idea of being a bounty hunter but doesn’t like the idea of being away from his found family with Wendall, Tessa, Kurtis, and Caroline.
Has a temper problem which doesn’t keep him well liked at school, and some of his siblings that preceded him acted snobbish with the rest of the class which led many of the students and staff to expect the same from him. Meanwhile at home he often gets in trouble for not acting his "class". He is mostly raised by his older sister who he does not get along with (she highly resents being forced to look after her youngest brother instead of getting to go live her own life).
He is also around 6’1 and has a pale skin tone that always looks a little gray. He has large yellow iris’ and sharper canines than an average human. He has straight black hair that he neglects to comb that sticks out behind his ears. He often wears a lot of black because it’s easier to hide the stains all over his clothes that way and he likes to cut holes in his jeans even though it drives his family crazy.
