Yunbonpon (The Shining Protector)
A sliver dragon, the ruler of Mount Silver, and the self-proclaimed Protector of the Cosmic Valley. After the Battle of the Broken Sky and the Fracturing of the Svanti Empire, Ornothoth took charge and formed the Yubunin City-States.

Special abilities
Ornothoths greats abilities are his breath attacks; a massive cone of cold and a gas that causes long-lasting paralysis. He prefers to utilize his paralyzing gas as soon as possible, to immobilize his foes and show them the futility of the fight, so that he can convince them to lay down their weapons and accept his teachings. He has also mastered many defensive spells.

Personal history
Little is known about Ornothoths past; like all dragons, he was a spawn of one descended from the Great Wyrms. Long ago, he found the great mountain of silver and took residence there, intrigued by its properties and the nearby Cosmic Valley. It is believed by his dragon spawn that he fought a great battle with a white dragon, who may have even been a sibling, to the death, and still watches over their bones. At some point in the past, the halflings of the realm began to take residence in the Valley, and after much persecution from the Svanti Empire, petitioned Ornothoth for his protection, to which he agreed. He remained their protector from until recent history, until he encountered the Chainbreakers, fleeing from the Empire with the Bekuma girl Uta Nunpinga and seeking access into the Valley. Informing him of the revival of Teth, he agreed to aid them, and gathered the Skylings of the valley. They would make an appearance at the Battle of the Broken Sky, where they would be crucial in helping defeat the army of gathered monsters, and helping protect the fleeing survivors from the destruction. He even made a brief stand against the awakened Behemoth, the Thunderbird, distracting it long enough for his forces to escape.
Wounded from the battle, he would later meet with Uta, who had been transformed into the nascent demigod Ruta Suzyuko, and together they would form an alliance, creating the Yubunin City-States and the Hakyun City-States respectively. Now, he acts as a guide and lawmaker for his burgeoning states, attempting to instill a sense of law and security after the chaos of the Fracturing.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Ornothoth has long stood as an enemy to the Svanti Empire, holding the off from exploiting the mystical properties of the Cosmic Valley. He slew many giants at the Battle of the Broken Sky, and even briefly fought the divine behemoth, the Thunderbird, although he was greatly wounded in the fight. He would be instrumental in helping liberate Jiyko and Aibaēa from Imperial rule during the Fracture, and would help them come together to form the Yubunin City-States under his guidance. He would also stop the Dowan Expanse from continuing the march south, personally showing up and intimidating their forces into backing down.
Morality & Philosophy
Ornothoth greatly values law , order, security, and beuracracy, leaving many to worry that over time, he may become as dogmatic as the old empire. However, he views his subjects as his precious children, who must be taught and guided, and at least for now, greatly values their lives and standards of living.
Taboos
Killing any of his subjects enrages Ornothoth, even if one might think it a just punishment for a horrendous offense or even in self defense. He has a special place in his heart for the Skylings, and any crime against them is believed to be punished with extra intent.

Contacts & Relations
Ornothoth is viewed as a mentor to Ruta Suzyuko, guiding her through her inexperience with rule. However, Ruta's friendliness to the Dowan Expanse, as well as her willingness to jump to violence in order to ensure the freedom of her people and her distain for bureaucracy has caused their personal relationship to become frayed. Many believe Ornothoth is afraid of her turning against him in the future, and his work on security is in preparation for that time.
Family Ties
Ornothoth views all who follow him as his children but ironically seems to favor his adopted children more than any of his actual dragon or Wyerm spawn, often sending them to do more grueling manual tasks.
Religious Views
While not particularly religious, Ornothoth seems to follow a mix of teachings from both Wyrm Worship and the path of the Cosmic Disciples.
