Tl'l'hwtko, aka "Pearl", is the Bosun of Captain Esmeralda Losoya's crew hired by The Party to work the Sea Ghost. Typically an autumn Eladrin, her name translates as "Pearl Fortress".
Pearl is from a coastal city in the Spirit World analogus to Old Harbor. She has come to the mortal world seeking the sea (it's a lot safer to sail there), and she is curious about Saltmarsh supplanting Old Harbor.
Her current partner is Gun.
