Nadak's Family

Nadak is the head of a clan of Riese who live in a series of caves an hour's walk from Riesenhain. It is said that there are about a dozen of them all told.
When first encountered near their dwelling while the party searched for Karl, there were six of them. Klein entered into negotiations with them regarding a joint administration of the village, which belonged to his father. The orcs responded that Klein's services were not in demand, but then offered to consider the proposal if Klein was able to recover a book that belonged to Brother Anselm, who is currently the orcs' prisoner.
Nadak was not among them. However, Brother Matthias explained that Nadak was also the name of the son of *Nadad, who was the first murderer, and from whom, according to legend, the line of Riese stem.
