Amala Wallia, Markgrafin von Horstkopf

Amala is (or was) the wife of the Margrave Aleric Wallia, and the mother of Gunteric, Vilaris, Sigisar, Roderic, and Melisande.     
Amala was said to have died in childbirth, but after her funeral, Sigisar discovered that she was actually in a state of suspended animation - not breathing and without a pulse, but warm to the touch. Aleric doesn't know what to do with her, but is assuming she will not come back to life. He did tell his son that servants reported that she did not actually die in childbirth, but pricked herself with a spindle needle.
