'Grandmother'

An old woman dressed in black, and seated at a spinning wheel in a small chamber directly under the slanted roof of Schloss Horstkopf. 'Grandmother' was the only name she gave when asked for her name by Narcissa and Winifred during their wanderings around the castle while most of the men were away at a hunt.  
'Grandmother' appears to understand elvish, though she did not respond in that tongue.
