Eraiaros are hybrid similar in silhouettes and shapes than merfolks. They have a fish tail on their lower body and a basic humanoid body chest and arms . However, their visage is more ressembling a anglefish, with empty-looking eyes and very thin but nuemrous fangs.

Genetics and Reproduction

At first glance, most erairaros seems only females. However, it is because of a parasitic aspect of their growth. During youth, females grows way faster than male that reaches a particular cap. To keep living , most males attach themselves on the back of females as parasites. This gives the female a way to produce eggs by themselves.

Ecology and Habitats

Due to their light sensitiveness, erairaros are found in close unanimity in deep sea levels, away from many sentitent species on land. They usually gather in middle meridians, but it is not uncommon to send some of them in more arctic waters,especially if those waters hold ruins of ancient civilisations claimed by the seas.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Erairaros are carnivorous, and usually satisfy themselve with the fishes they can gather in deep sea or higher depths of water, if need be.
