Zapryesh

The Kaveto Mountain has a strange effect on all beings. As one enters the region of the mountain, they start to feel a pressure on their mind that at first, causes a mild discomfort. The longer you stay, and the higher up the slopes you go, the greater the discomfort becomes until it grows so great that you are forced to return. No long term settlements or expeditions have been completed because of this effect, leaving the mountain largely intact from its origins.

Manifestation

There is no physical manifestation of this ability. However, some creatures might show physical characteristics based on the mental anguish it is causing them. Others might simply leave with no outward sign of the issues.

Localization

The effect starts at the base of the mountain. There is a stone marker setup at the viewing platform close to Uulot that marks where the effect is believed to start. The higher up the mountain one gets, the strong the effect becomes.
