Rooktown Stakes

The Rooktown Stakes is a greyhound race that marks the beginning of the racing season in The Donneshire Hills.  Taking place in Rooktown's Hamrick Park, the Stakes always draw a large crowd.  Along with the Northfarthing Derby, they comprise one of the "Twin Gems" of the Greyhound Racing Season.
