Old Willy Ragshins

Old Willy Ragshins was a lonesome Halfling farmer who lived in a small beet farm outside of Northfarthing. Old Willy was found dead a few days after the close of the Donneshire Hills Harvest Festival. His wrists were slit in apparent suicide, and within his trouser pockets a piece of cloth was discovered, cut from the dress of one of the murdered tweens in what would become known as the Harvest Sorrow of Northfarthing. Although this immediately threw suspicion on Old Willy, further examination of his body and motives cleared him of wrongdoing.
