Lower Thragaphest

Also known as "Below the Rock" due to its location in the city, Lower Thragaphest holds the lower and middle class residential areas, shops, and manufacturies. It is enclosed by a wall on the western side and the River Iulia and the Sturmfang River on the other sides of its triangular perimeter. The main entrance into the city lies over a bridge that spans the Sturmfang River.
Near the center of the district is the Spearlight Tower, the tallest building in Thragaphest.
