Lord of the Broken Horn
With his hulking frame and horned head, it is uncertain if the Lord of the Broken Horn has demonic or diabolic origins, but he is undeniably a force of evil from the Lower Planes. Trapped within an extraplanar prison in Thanterra he has become the patron of Grak, who brings him souls to feast on in exchange for greater destructive powers to command.
Although much about him is shrouded in mystery, his imprisonment is unquestionably deliberate. Tucked away in an impossibly forgotten corner of the Plane of Death, he is bound by scores of chains that root him into the walls of a great smoking, floating, black sphere. Through Grak's spiritual offerings, some of the chains have loosened, but three remain thickly bound around and through the Lord's body, each glowing a different color: blue, red, and purple.
UPDATE: In a recent transference through Thanterra, Grak possessed the mind of the Lord of the Broken Horn for a short time. Through a shrouded veil of memory he saw three visions: A female demon with multiple arms and a snakes torso and body referred to as "The Vessel"; a giant male devil with large bat wings, tusks, and red skin referred to as "The Seed"; and a tall angel of Blue and White radiance remembered as "The Guide".
The Lord of the Broken Horn visits Grak through his dreams, exactly as Dagrazt's former Spymaster Ull-Erran did. Indeed, it was during one of Ull-Erran's visits that the Lord of the Broken Horn first appeared to Grak (and in the process murdered Ull-Erran).
His exact motivations are unknown but the Lord of the Broken horn seems to grow in power (and his chains loosen) with each soul he consumes, especially when fed particularly old souls or the spirits of outsiders.

Quotes & Catchphrases
"Too often are the threads of fate and the designs of destiny overtaken by those who deem their actions noble and just. They foolishly believe that a just cause has ultimate right of triumph over suffering. They naively ignore the truth. That all is growing colder, and all is inevitably moving towards pain and suffering. They turn a willfully blind eye to fight against this truth. And they name this ignorance “goodness” and call their blind actions “justice”."
