Leopold Zenegal
(a.k.a. The most interesting man in Thallaspur)
Leopold Zenegal is a powerful merchant in Thallaspur and on the guiding council of the Ivory Compass Merchant's Guild. He deals in all manner of goods and services, constantly brokering deals and increasing his base of power within the city. He is charming and relies on his incredible range of experiences to help his interests both economically and socially.
Since the disappearance of Lord Astaurus, Leopold has been instrumental in stewarding the city. He is currently spearheading efforts to reopen trade with the Free City of Peltarch.
Leopold lives in the most wealthy neighborhood in Thallaspur, with his manservant Borra and his pet panther, "Sheegara".
