Decroux

The mysterious figure known as Father Decroux is a Priest of Shakahn who foretold the coming of an apocalypse to the people of Barter's Edge. After whipping them into a near hypnotic state of panic Father Decroux promised them salvation. As a way of surviving the coming hardships Decroux cursed many in the village with lycanthropy, turning them into wererats during the full moon.
After leaving Barter's Edge, Decroux and his minstrel partner "The Melody" made their way to the city of Damarask. While in Damarask, they created a stronghold operating underneath the city near Shanty’s Market where he has "saved" a number of the city's poor and downtrodden, turning them into wererats.
Decroux and The Melody were both recently killed by members of the Shore’s Light.
