Cabal Al-Jahal

Also known as the "Brotherhood of Ignorance", this secret band of extremists operated around Ard Almiead during the Sundered Years. They often resorted to vandalism, arson, and murder to prevent the dissemination of any and all knowledge regarding the Preserver.
Although cloaked in mystery, the Cabal often makes use of a symbol bearing three monkeys covering their eyes, mouth, and ears.
Recently, it was discovered that the Cabal may have some connection with the Mandiaskias Olive Company, a large grove of olive producers outside the city of Cyrecuze.
