Burby Gregorovich
The proprietor of The Snake Eyes Tavern in Lower Thragaphest, Burby is an overweight, conniving, self important bully. He and his goons maintain a few gaming tables in his tavern, and he lives large off of the resulting take.
Burby has a rivalry with The Wailing Widow Inn across the street and is constantly finding new ways to undermine their business and drive customers away.
