The Painter
The Painter is a High Spirit whose job is to paint the horizon when the sun rises and sets. He also paints many grassland horse's coats and is well-known for painting the Star Spirit's coat into her famous star-constellation each time she returns from the physical world.
He is the sole high servant to the Sun Spirit, but isn't considered very powerful or important among humans, except for his valuable connections to the Star Mare. In the physical world he can take the form of a human boy and a meadowlark.
