Ilbarsis

An independent city state ruled by Lord Victus Vead.
More a town than a city, Ilbarsis lies on the coast to the east of the The Lonely Mountains. This settlement sprang up as a staging point for adventurers exploring the ancient ruins in the area.

Geography

The city-state of Ilbarsis lies on the mouth of the Ilbarsis River. It is the deepest port in the local area.

Natural Resources

The coast north and south of Ilbarsis have beaches covered in fine sand. This sand is used in the glass factories that are the main industrial activity of the settlement.
Ilbarsis is the source of the finest glass in this part of the Empire and it is exported south to Constantine and north to Gont.
