Baider The Shocking - Elemental Magnate of Lightning

The Beginning: 

The start of intelligent life in the universe began when a massive black hole in the middle of the universe coughed out a Gemstone unlike anything ever created. Over millions of years, the black hole had eaten and destroyed many stars and planets compressing the materials into a smooth black gemstone. The Gemstone is called the "Black Heart," and it was released from the center of the black hole in an explosion of energy, sending the gemstone flying through the universe. The gemstone tumbled past planets and stars until finally, an unusually large planet by the name of Urodar crossed the gemstones path. Upon entering the atmosphere of the planet, the Blackheart shattered into Eight different elemental shards filled with the energy and power of each element.

Each shard plummeted to the planet in different elemental regions as if they were attracted to the elements themselves. As they crashed into the elemental power, the energy from each shard seeped into the planet, creating an entity that would match each elemental power.
The Shattering of the Blackheart in the Atmosphere or Urodar was the creation of the Elemental Magnates, The shapers, creators, and watchers of the World of Magmoia. The elemental power inside of each of their shards beating inside of them allowed them to fabricate elemental beings from the raw materials found on the planet of Urodar.

The Lightning Shard:

One of those shards was sent hurling through a reasonably significant storm that rages through Urodar. The storm is massive and can be seen on the planet, even from space. As the shard passed through the storm, an unusually large beam of lightning struck the stone, sending a current so strong that the wave of energy emitted from the stone after the initial strike tore a nearby mountain into pieces. The shards of the volcano did not scatter, though but rather stayed in the general shape of the volcano with the rubble being held together by beams of lightning.
As the stream of electricity filled the Lightning Shard, a figure began to emerge as the incarnation of Lightning was created. As the being was being formed from the explosion of an intense lightning strike, the energy of both the Lightning Shard and the Lightning strike created Baider. The form that Baider took was that of a winged beast, The Dragon. Baiders body grew and grew until the energy inside exceeded the body that was created for him. When this moment happened Baiders body was shattered into pieces only to be reconnected by bright blue beams of electricity that joined his body back together.
Baider will take residence inside of the broken volcano held together by lightning.
