Blood Enforcer Piotr Oborski

Piotr Oborski is a Blood Enforcer working for the Warsaw represantative of the Blood Council of Europe. He was born in Warsaw in 1919 and has lived there all his life. He hasn't left the city even after the uprising of 1944, when it was in ruins.

Employment

Piotr started to work for the Blood Council during World War 2. The Council's Warsaw representative organized a vampire resistance movement which Piotr joined. For most of the war he was just a messenger, but just before the Warsaw Uprising he got a battlefield promotion to Blood Enforcer and given a team to command during the uprising.

Additionally, during the war he had a few other jobs just to make ends meet. In the wartime reality, the council couldn't pay everyone. When the Council was able to leave secrecy after the war, Piotr decided to fully join the ranks of the Blood Enforcers. From that time, he received a regular pay from the Council and didn't work any other job.

Mental Trauma

Piotr's biggest trauma comes from the beginning of World War 2 and the german bombings of Warsaw. He witnessed as his sister died under the rubble from a destroyed building. He could have been next, if not for a soldier who pulled him into a car and got him to safety.

Motivation

In his young age, Piotr was a rebel. He saw the rules of the Blood Council as too strict. As a teenager he regularly snuck out of the home to hunt for Humans and drink their blood. It always made his parents, who thought of this practice as barbaric and cruel, angry. They were saying that hunting Humans attracts unwanted attention to Vampires.

As Piotr was getting older, he started to see his parents' point and was slowly changing his ways. The outbreak of World War II made this process even faster. As Vampires were also a target of the german persecution, drinking human blood was very dangerous. Since then, Piotr has been strongly against consuming human blood.

Today, Piotr is ready to do anything to uphold law and order of the Blood Council.
