Qytha River

The Qytha River drains Lake Ryna to the Tolgalen Sea. A wide river with few rapids, the Qytha is a vital trade route both up and downstream.
The Qytha expands annually in spring along with the heavy rains. The river picks up pace and breaks its banks to form braided channels in the shallower regions. In late autumn, when Lake Ryna recedes, the river returns to a single channel for most of its length.
