Upper Planes

The Upper Planes is a term used to collectively designate good-aligned Outer Planes. While visitors to these planes often perceive them in different ways, they are typically experienced in terms of tranquility or delight without hardships or suffering, where those who lived in defense of the innocent or fighting against the forces of evil might find rest and rewards. Whether one followed a strict code of honor or lived a life of playful freedom, many found a place here.

However, the Upper Planes are primarily home to of all types, and the good-aligned gods to whom they owe their fealty. Each god has his or her own realm within the Upper Planes, and frequently sends their servants and messengers between these realms or even to the Material Plane as needed.
