Ostaria
There are multiple Osterias based on the population of the Esmela. When an Esmela gets past 5,000,000 Dynol, 1,000,000 (half males, half females) are moved based on what jobs that are needed for the new Osteria or to a depleted Esmela. So far there are 128 numbered 000 to 127. In an Ostaria, there are two sections that are different from the other. The Esmela in the middle of an Ostaria and the Ushana that surrounds the Esmela.
Government
It is ruled by a Parlament that is headed by the Director. The Parlament is the one that discusses the information, but the Director is the last say in anything.
Industry & Trade
All that is needed in in an Ostaria is in the Esmela, If there is ever a surplus of food, it goes to the @Skelters by drone.
Guilds and Factions
The wealthiest people usually control how the money in the casinos is being used.
