Esmela

The Esmela is the inside part of the sector in which “paradise” is made. It is a domed community that’s power is of “crystals” (more on that later).  People do the jobs that they were born in unless tested out of it. For example, if a farmer’s son or daughter wanted to become a fixer and they had shown that they are right to do the job, they start a new family branch into the new field. Also, it is noted that most of their job is using technology to do their job for them, although there are some people that still do the menial tasks as of the history books said. As long as you do the job that was expected of you, you got to spend your Jewls as you see fit.

Demographics

The Esmela is populated mostly with Dynol. There are rare Magi (1 in 17 people are Magis) that live in the Ushanas but underground.

Government

Monarchy with a board of Advisers/Parliament that can out-rule the Overseer.

Defences

The city is inside of a domed structure that controls everything.
