A nameless tender of cows

This man lived in a hamlet somewhere in the woods near a stream. He had the misfortune to be at home, speaking to his animals, when he was attacked by Alden Gravenitch, who butchered, and then ate him, before taking his cow. He was apparently married to the nameless rusalka who subsequently tried to kill Alden.
He is presumed dead.
He appears in Chapter 6.
