Leofric
Leofric is the capitol city of the kingdom of Leofric, and is located at the very center of the world. Its presence is a cosmic anchor, grounding the city in an almost metaphysical manner. It's a place where ley lines converge, and where the boundaries between realms thin, creating an ethereal ambiance that few can resist. Home of the Lucidiette Mass and all Thuumdalic worship. The city was made perfect in all possible ways through Lucidiation. The Lucidiette Mass designing, reimagining, and constructing perfected infrastructure and living conditions. Those that live in Leofric enjoy a utopia in the truest sense of the word.
That was until the Dream became tainted, and the power of the Mass became tainted alongside it. By 1 PW, nobody enters the capitol and nobody exits its tall, strong walls. The Mass has entirely sectioned off the city from the rest of the continent, and has become a mark of intrigue for many folk who wonder why their leaders abandoned them in the end times.
Demographics
Leofric is a melting pot of nearly every Lucid race on Croft. The general populous is comprised of a large Human population, followed by equal parts Aelven and Dweor, with sizable Surgeling, Half-Oruk, and Gaullum communities despite their minority.
Defences
Leofric is nestled in the the southern reaches of the Great Calmest Peaks which offers great natural defense to its borders. In addition, the city bolsters impossibly tall, dense, and well fortified walls that have kept invaders out for generations. The city is protected by the Kraunsgaard; a military of highly trained mages and soldiers reinforced with battle Lucidiettes.
