Delgue
Structure
The cities of Delgue are under the rule of some democratic leaders and representatives from the leader clans. Delgue cities are left to almost entire autonomy, held together by it's pirate clan protectors who keep them safe.
History
45 years ago the pirate clans: Pondhold, Trogawa, and the Sea Lords banded together to take the cities of Chap and Tel from Mordesent. The Pondhold also began commissioning a giant city ship constructed called Hornigold.
