Đặng Hạnh Sửu is a Charusian administrator and politician. She is the democratically elected prime minister of the Chard Colonial Republic.  Born on Tyannani, Đặng Hạnh Sửu moved to the planet in 2280 to oversee the planet's transition into a social republic, and adjustment to the Confederate Systems of Lordania.  She was elected as the planet's first Prime Minister in 2285, serving an eight-year term and being re-elected in 2293 and once again in 2308.  She is a considerably popular politician, having served the Chardaan people well.
