Lightlance EW

One of the weirder among the already weird voidtech. Lightlance is a type of EW that fires a golden ray of unknown particles that are not only unexplainable to modern science but are actually acting in a way that actively defies what is known about science. Which also makes it an immensely deadly weapons.
For starters, it costs no energy to power - as all voidtechs, it just... works. It just has to 'rest' for a while until it fires, the longer the ray the longer the rest. Its golden ray also travels faster than light... or slower than light. Its speed is actually selectable, just as length and exact firepower. Lowest setting is between raser and graser, highest is approximately similar to blaser.
It also mostly ignores Magnetic Shield and can strip Particle Shield of its power, even though it still can stop the beam if its strong enough (but rarely without the capital ship thickness level.
