Round

A round represents about 6 seconds in the game world.
During a round of Combat, each participant in a battle takes a Turn in order of Initiative.

Mass Combat Rounds

Like normal combat, Mass Combat is carried out over rounds. Unlike normal combat, Mass Combat is carried out by both sides simultaneously -- there are no turns. A round of Mass Combat lasts 10 minutes and consists of three steps:

1. Write orders
2. Resolve maneuvers
3. Perform combat

After step three, the round ends and a new round begins back at step one.

Naval Combat Rounds

Naval Combat rounds look a lot like Mass Combat, because of the scale. However, instead of acting simultaneously, each Commanding Officer takes Turns.
