You touch a nonmagical weapon. Until the spell ends, that weapon becomes a magic weapon +1 -- a weapon with a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls.   When the spell is cast, a faint, softly humming aura surrounds the weapon and fades within one round.

At higher ranks: When you cast this spell as a spell of 5th rank, the bonus increases to +2 (a weapon +2). When you cast it as a spell of 8th rank, the bonus increases to +3 (a weapon +3).
