Orla Haggart
Orla is a skeletal Eladrin, her once-vibrant green complexion now withered to a dark, frostbitten gray. Her silver hair is tangled and stiff with ice, yet she never seems cold. Her prison cell is unnaturally warm, and she whispers in an unknown tongue at night, speaking to unseen forces. She is suspected of necromantic practices and is watched at all times. The guards fear she will rise from the grave even if executed.
