Lyssara Windwhisper was born into a family of Skyblades, her parents serving the Steed Wardens eyrie in roles of distinction. From an early age, she demonstrated a natural affinity for pegasi, often spending hours observing their behavior and forming bonds with the more spirited mounts. This connection earned her the nickname "Windwhisper," as her calm, melodic voice seemed to soothe even the most untrained and stubborn pegasi.
Personality:
Lyssara is pragmatic yet empathetic, with a commanding presence tempered by an approachable demeanor. She has a reputation for sharp tactical insight and a deep understanding of both combat and diplomacy. Her leadership style is collaborative; she values the insights of her fellow Marescalci and Skyblades, ensuring the eyrie operates cohesively despite its current lack of a High Marescalci.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the acting leader of Eyrie Tharovand, Lyssara has taken on the responsibilities of organizing defense against the giant raids in the Tharovand Peaks . She oversees the training of Novices, instilling in them the discipline and courage required to become Skyblades. She also coordinates missions to track and neutralize giant threats, often personally leading high-risk operations to maintain morale and inspire confidence among her wardens.
Bond with Her Pegasus:
Lyssara's personal mount is Kethir, a rare black-coated pegasus with silver streaks along its wings. Kethir mirrors Lyssara’s temperament, exhibiting both grace and ferocity. Together, they are a formidable duo in aerial combat, their seamless coordination often cited as the pinnacle of rider and mount unity.
Relationships within the Eyrie:
