Architecture

The architecture of the settlement consists of buildings that are round with a rectangular entrance hall. They are typically made of a stone exterior with a wooden interior covered by a straw roof. This is based on historical roundhouses.

Geography

Built in a clearing near the long lake in the shadow of some hills. The land has been adapted for agriculture and grows a variety of grains and pulses. Sheep are the most common permanent livestock in this settlement. The settlement is built on a natural hot spring providing hot water. The people of the settlement have built a series of pipes to pump the hot water through the settlement keeping the buildings warmer than the surrounding area. The hot spring then leaves the settlement and enters a nearby stream before joining the river that cuts across the forest.
