A Person of Poor Repute
Mamour is a crime boss in Burim City who has managed to always evade capture. Every lead the guards investigate is a plant to get them out of position for another illicit job. Always acting through surrogates, Mamour has managed to remain a complete mystery to the people of the city. For all of Mamour's crimes, they have earned a poor reputation. Not to be confused with Mamour's reputation among the poor, which is quite positive. Make no mistake, the downtrodden of Burim City know that Mamour would steal from them if it was profitable but since it isn't, they occasionally get paid by Mamour to be distractions or move things from place to place.Appearance
Nothing is known about the appearance of Mamour the Wealthy, though it is an ongoing inside joke among the some people to draw whatever ridiculous appearance they can in the blank space on the wanted posters. Some speculate that they wear the worn clothes of the poor to blend in or are actually one of the many well-dressed wealthy individuals but is operating a crime syndicate in secret.Stub Article

For almost a decade the Hotiron Triad almost controlled an entire region on the outskirts of Burim City. During this time they were the most well-known associates of Mamour. However, after taking a large man prisoner, they were destroyed in only a few hours when the giant, Aristus Quelennor, escaped and defeated the gang.
