Nugatza Senato is a famous Gnome artificer. In some circles he is known for his many interesting inventions and in others he is known for daring escapades in sleight of hand.

Nugatza has a scar that starts under his left nostril, moves through his lip and ends on the left side of his chin.
Special abilities
Besides an uncanny knack for working with machines and electrical devices, Nugatza is also capable of working magic into his creations, through the use of nezaorrez.

Personal history
The fourth of five children, Nugatza grew up in Plibafeye, in the eastern flatlands of Palacuun. Though privileged with an education throughout his lifetime, he never did as well in school as his family and many teachers hoped. Despite that, he had an aptitude for engineering, electrical and mechanical, and spent much of his time tinkering with a variety of machines people brought to his family shop.
He managed to fail out of a finishing school after completing his basic education. Regardless, he would have been sent to a vocational school but fell ill with Kusorin for nearly a year. During this time, he bemoaned that he would never live to create many of the inventions he had dreamed up in his head. When he survived, he was determined to invent something the world would marvel at for eternity.

While he did not do particularly well in formal institutions, he nevertheless received a solid foundational education, to include vocational training in engineering and mechanics. Since the return of magic, he has studied with several wizards and attended certain course offerings by various universities.
Employment
Nugatza spent some time working for Starike Engineering and Energy laboratories in Palacuun where he improved on many engine designs and designed generators.

Nugatza has been lauded for many of his engineering achievements, but perhaps none more so than the harnessing of nezaorrez to power mechanical devices.
