The small hamlet of Driftrun is nestled within the Blutwald, just over a day's travel along the Rotschaum river from the Bundescapital of Blutdorf

Government

The Mayor is the official leader of the hamlet, but in reality, the most respected members of the community are the Orcish druid, Vekka, who rules over most spiritual matters and officiates ceremonies like marriages; and Rush Barger, the most skilled of the bargemen, who is always consulted on practical matters long before the mayor ever hears of them.

Industry & Trade

As little more than a waystation for goods travelling between Blutdorf and the coast, Driftrun's main source of outside income comes from the various traders who need assistance navigating the awkward waterways of the forest.
