A good camera guy, a best friend to Olivia, and otherwse a very normal, if unambitious guy. His life doesn't have any special focus. He carries his camera, makes the news, and plays games every night.

General Physical Condition
Average and broad. That's the best way to describe him. He's perfectly normal. Average height, a bit wide, and with the tiniest bit of belly pudge. The most stand-out detail is is arms. For a guy with some softness, he's got damn big arms. He spends his days wth a camera on his shoulders and handling lights and rigging. Not to mention all the equipment he has to carry for on the go reporting.
Day to day, Brad often has to carry a massibe backpack. It's one of the biggest you can buy. The thing is designed for photography-backpacking. It carries his tripod, camera batteries, high-power network connection for live streaming, camera parts, an extra lense or two, storage drives, microphones, and even two ultraportable lights. Among many other things. He carries a lot.

Personal history
Bradley was put up for adoption nearly immediately after he was born. He has never been able to find out anything about his real parents, though he has tried. There's been so many dead ends, a dad who's wife died in childbirth and then later comitted suicide, found by the cops abandoned, seperated at an airport, and more. He's discounted most, he has his original birth certificate, so he's sure his parents or a blood-relative handed him over.
His adoptive family was nice at least. They lived just down the street from Olivia, though it took until Middleschool for him to actually get to know her. He was focused on the school TV crew and she was just focused on getting good grades so she could get in a good school. It wasn't something he ever really worried about. When she needed help, he offered. Including against a bully or two. In some ways, he was a distant big-brother for her, though with the chaos of her life, she never had much time to notice him or hang out.
Brad graduated High School in the 2010s, then wandered a bit. He had no focus to his life. After a gap year, he managed community college. His grades weren't good enough for anywhere better. Before long he was working part time and doing college part-time. He graduated a few months ahead of Olivia, his degree in telecommunications. Particularly telecoms with crappy old equipment.
The community college played to his strengths. He managed to land a job at The Owl, and was quickly assigned to work with Olivia. He hopes she can help him find out who his real family is. She hasn't yet found any leads though.
Education
Brad has a B.A. in Telecommunications. Most of his education is all hands-on experience, and more than that even, is on old, outdated equipment. Luckily most TV tech is essentially the same, just with levels of better features over time. The controls are all the same.

Mental Trauma
Finding out he was adopted has left some mental scars. His adoptive parents were perfect and loving, but he still feels betrayed. He found out as a teenager, and it wasn't even because they told him. His high school left some records out and he managed to put things together.
Intellectual Characteristics
It's hard to classify Bradley's intellect. He's a creative mind with a heavy technical grounding. It leaves him able to spout physics and fabrication about props, sets, and lighting to no end, but he can quickly get lost in deeper or more elaborate talk of science and engineering. He likes to stick to the general idea and leave the specifics to other people.
