Seelie Domain

Structure

The Summer Queen rules the Seelie Domain with absolute authority.   Below her in authority are the Summer Lords. Each of those Summer Lords is in charge of a province.   Below the Summer Lords in authority are the Provincial Guards. The Queen and all of her lords have their own guards to command. No lord can command any other lord's guard or the Queen's guard, but the Queen can command any guard.   The Queen and her lords are referred to as the Inner Court, while the Provincial Guards and some other titles are referred to as the Outer Court. The Inner Court can easily meet with the Queen. The Outer Court can more easily meet with lords, but not very easily with the Queen. Altogether, the Seelie government is referred to as the Seelie Court.   Mayors and town councils are not part of the Seelie Court, and have little to no regulation.

Provinces

The provinces are each named after their current ruling lords. The territory of each province and the number of provinces has often fluctuated, and there's no guarantee that they will remain in their current form for long.   The four current provinces of the Seelie Domain are...
  • Lord Cyfrin's Province
  • Lord Dawn's Province
  • Lord Novella's Province
  • Lord Shieldmeet's Province
